About the role
- Administer and configure Salesforce across multiple products, including Sales Cloud and other connected Salesforce solutions
- Manage user and license administration (onboarding/offboarding, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls)
- Configure and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, Flows, list views, and page layouts
- Monitor system performance, data quality, and integrity across Salesforce and integrated tools
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support leadership and operational visibility
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Manage data imports, updates, and synchronization with other business systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related support tickets and system issues
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support
- Support integrations with third-party applications and assist with system enhancements and new feature rollouts
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Proactively identify risks, technical debt, and continuous improvement opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem
Requirements
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud or related Salesforce products)
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, data management, and reporting best practices
- Proficiency with Salesforce configuration (reports, dashboards, workflows, and Flows)
- Experience managing user access, permissions, and security settings
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system and data issues
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of systems
