About the role
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, paid, social, ABM, etc.) based on strategic priorities
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, etc.
- Build and maintain campaign assets, workflows, lists, and audience segments within marketing automation and CRM tools
- Support testing and optimization efforts including A/B testing, audience experiments, and creative variations
- Ensure timely, error-free delivery of campaigns while meeting performance goals
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders for campaign requirements, asset needs, and performance updates
- Help troubleshoot and maintain key marketing platforms and integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
- Comfortable executing technical marketing tasks with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with eagerness to experiment and optimize
