About the role

  • Support the IT function through vendor management, operational process development, and light technical support.
  • Act as the operational backbone of the IT team, ensuring vendor relationships run smoothly, documentation stays current, and day-to-day IT workflows operate efficiently.
  • Report to the Director of IT Applications and partner closely with the Systems Support team and internal stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in IT operations, vendor management, procurement coordination, or similar administrative/technology environments.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to track multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Ability to create clear written documentation and translate complex technical concepts into simple language.
  • Proactive mindset and attention to detail in managing follow-ups, deadlines, and readiness planning
  • Comfortable with light hands-on IT support in a structured helpdesk setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
