About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the development, review, approval, distribution, and maintenance of organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain policy repositories and review schedules to ensure documents remain current.
- Assist with drafting policy language and formatting documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor regulatory changes and support policy alignment.
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation related to policy management and compliance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, policy coordination, compliance support, or related field preferred.
- Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably healthcare.
- Regulatory knowledge and experience in policy and procedures management are essential.
- Strong project management aptitude/experience.
