About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conceptualize, write, and develop engaging video/audio scripts, templates, graphics, and storyboards tailored for training or marketing initiatives.
  • Assume the roles of producer, director, and developer of multimedia projects.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  • Take business concepts and ideas and translate them into captivating and dynamic visual presentations and videos that accurately communicate ideas and share impactful stories.
  • Create visually appealing branded multimedia assets targeted at both internal and external audiences.
  • Capture high-quality video footage and audio at company events, training sessions, and marketing campaigns, with around 2 trips per quarter mainly to our New York offices.
  • Expertly edit videos throughout the production process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Continuously maintain, update, and enhance multimedia content to reflect evolving needs and standards.
  • Take initiative in identifying video requirements and content opportunities, proactively pitching creative ideas to enhance organizational messaging and engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in video production, editing and producing
  • Formal education degree in Multimedia Design, Film Production, Communications, or related field
  • Experience and application of the Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop
  • Video production experience: location/event shooting, interviews, lighting on location, quality on location audio and video editing
  • Having working knowledge in videography or cinematography
  • Have knowledge of how to create and edit a SharePoint page and PowerPoint slides
  • Be able to create basic level graphics for training purposes and marketing needs
  • Must be creative, organized, and have a strong ability to conceptualize
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to manage competing priorities and projects
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to provide samples of your work with your application (Reel, YouTube Channel etc.).
