About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conducting and responding to internal and external audits for all jurisdictions
- Completing daily reports while meeting metric requirements
- Provide assistance with I-9 approvals
- Assisting with conflict reporting and collaborating with our finance department
- Legal document review
- Investigate fraud, waste & abuse claims
- Be a resource for escalated concerns
- Quality assurance review
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be organized and have excellent attention to detail
- Adept at multi-tasking
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient computer, phone knowledge
- Experience with data input and case review
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar position preferred
- Healthcare industry experience a plus
