Identify and implement AI solutions across key areas
Improve how teams handle high volume, repetitive tasks by embedding AI into existing processes
Partner with business leaders to prioritize and solve operational bottlenecks
Design, test and refine prompts to drive accurate, consistent, and high-quality outputs from AI systems
Build and optimize AI agents and copilots used by internal teams
Develop tools, automations and systems to support AI-driven workflows
Define and track metrics to evaluate AI output quality and workflow performance
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to effectively implement solutions

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation or technical solution roles
Hands-on experience applying AI or LLMs to real world workflows (not just experimentation)
Strong technical skills (Python, APIs, scripting, system integrations)
Experience building internal tools, automations, or workflow solutions
Ability to analyze outputs systematically to improve performance
Experience working with high-volume operations
