About the role

  • Designing and delivering scalable, high-impact learning solutions
  • Partnering closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate operational needs
  • Applying adult learning principles and behavior change strategies
  • Supporting and enabling training delivery
  • Defining success metrics and evaluating learning effectiveness
  • Creating, organizing, and maintaining a centralized inventory of learning assets
  • Utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate content development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related role
  • Experience designing both virtual and instructor-led training programs
  • Strong experience developing e-learning, multimedia content, and structured curricula
  • Experience working in fast-paced, operational environments; healthcare or regulated industry experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience creating multimedia content (video, audio, interactive learning)
  • Understanding of SCORM/xAPI and learning analytics
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and knowledge management platforms is a plus
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for content development or workflow optimization is highly desirable
