About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Train Loan Advisors on Freedom Mortgage Corporation’s systems, processes and procedures, sales scripts, compliance requirements, and customer service skills
Act as the direct supervisor for LAs during training and production
Lead call reviews and coaching sessions
Analyze production reports that contain key performance indicators
Partner with Sales and business leadership to provide ongoing visibility into trainee progress and performance
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to support Learning & Development content creators with the development of training materials
Help execute Call Center initiatives and training pilots

Requirements

What you’ll need

Min. 3 years Mortgage Sales Experience or related training experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree from a college or university
Must be able to obtain and maintain active NMLS registration (and any required state mortgage licenses, as applicable) to perform the production support portion of training where Loan Advisors report directly to the Sales Trainer
Initiative-taker, goal-oriented professional who is focused on providing the highest level of customer service.
