Business Process Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee technology implementation activities impacting business control and operational processes
- Assess operational impacts, control considerations, and workflow changes
- Partner with technology teams to ensure business and control requirements are accurately represented
- Coordinate testing efforts including UAT, regression testing, and control validation
- Develop and execute communication plans supporting technology implementations and operational changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University
- Three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training
- Sagent LoanServ servicing system experience
- Industry and product knowledge
