About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of personnel in a remote Credit Union facility
  • Aid the Vice President Branch Manager in ensuring the branch meets organizational financial, operational, service, and growth plans
  • Manage and lead an effective sales process
  • Open new accounts and submit loans for processing and decisioning
  • Monitor all office activity for compliance to applicable regulations and adherence to organizational policy and procedures
  • Train branch personnel and manage the branch in the absence of Vice President Branch Manager
