Branch Manager
Freedom First Credit UnionBranch Manager overseeing operations in a remote Credit Union facility. Aiding the Vice President in meeting financial and service objectives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and lead an effective sales process while supporting excellent member service.
- Opens new accounts and submits loans for processing and decisioning; communicate disposition to member.
- Monitors all office activity for compliance to applicable regulations and adherence to organizational policy and procedures.
- Trains new branch personnel; prepares work schedules; monitors performance and ensures that employees are meeting or exceeding goals.
- Manages branch in absence of Vice President Branch Manager.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
- A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
- Skill and ability to use and operate a keyboard (typewriter), computer, calculator, fax machine, copier and telephone.
- Skill and ability to read and understand financial statements, contracts, applications, computer printouts, manuals and other related materials.
- Must have the skill and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
