About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features, from discovery through launch and iteration
- Make clear, well-reasoned prioritization decisions and communicate the trade-offs simply
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, and GTM by reducing confusion, not adding to it
- Translate clinician needs into focused, practical product solutions with a clear "why"
- Use AI tools to accelerate your own workflows: research, analysis, documentation, prototyping
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of PM experience with a track record of shipping high-impact products in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication: you write clearly, speak concisely, and know that brevity is a skill
- Strong product judgment with the ability to simplify complex problems into actionable plans
- A bias toward intellectual honesty over advocacy. You listen, pressure-test your own ideas, and change your mind when the evidence warrants it
- Comfort with ambiguity and making hard trade-offs without perfect information
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in your day-to-day work (not just familiarity, actual practice)
- Experience running customer discovery and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product direction
