About the role
- Shape and drive a cohesive global marketing strategy, including brand positioning, demand generation, and government engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications function to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Lead the design and rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns targeted at government audiences.
- Partner with sales, product development, and customer success teams.
- Analyze public financial management trends and government digital transformation priorities.
- Foster innovation and collaboration within the marketing team.
- Represent FreeBalance at industry conferences and webinars.
- Develop and manage the global marketing budget.
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing leadership roles, with at least 5 years in global marketing strategy, preferably in B2G, technology, or public sector industries.
- Proven track record in designing and executing impactful campaigns for government stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or leadership are a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
