  • Lead Single-Family Acquisitions division management in managing fraud and AML risks
  • Set fraud, anti-money laundering, and OFAC risk management philosophy and strategy
  • Oversee development and implementation of fraud and money laundering prevention, detection, and resolution strategies
  • Establish and enhance policies, programs, reports, procedures, and internal controls
  • Oversee measures and systems that minimize fraud and money laundering losses
  • Determine resource allocation to meet multiple schedules and goals
  • Recommend policy changes and establish procedures affecting organizational operations
  • Develop department business objectives
  • Advise subordinates on schedules and technical or operational problems
  • Serve as executive business sponsor for fraud technology initiatives
  • Maintain internal controls, documentation, policies, and procedures for fraud processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years relevant experience
  • Experience as product owner
  • 8+ years of management experience
  • Solid understanding and experience with risk management and controls
  • Ability to work with technical development teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent
  • High ethical standards and excellent judgment
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • People management skills and track record of leading teams through significant change
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and propose solutions efficiently
