About the role
- Support risk management and compliance efforts related to BSA and AML regulations
- Assist the manager in QA oversight of counterparty screening process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on alert dispositions
- Review counterparty screening processes for accuracy
- Document procedures in compliance with FM’s Financial Crimes Risk Standard
- Identify operational improvements and participate in special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 2-4 years of related experience
- Experience with BSA/Anti-Money Laundering and OFAC requirements
- Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively
- Experience with QA/QC activities
- Knowledge in Financial Crimes, Compliance, or Risk Management fields
