About the role
- Together with the specialist departments, you formulate job postings based on requirement analyses and publish them across various channels
- You manage the applicant process from responding to initial inquiries, through pre-selection and conducting interviews, to decision-making
- To attract new talent, you represent us at career fairs and support the organization and execution of recruiting events
- You maintain a strong network with universities, personnel service providers and other relevant partners
- Together with our PR team, you create content for the website, social media and other formats – bringing your eye for storytelling and audience-appropriate messaging
- You advise employees and managers on suitable personnel development formats and organize on-site measures
- Based on identified needs, you support the expansion of our institute’s internal training offering by developing new measures and selecting suitable trainers
- At the same time, you further develop our learning management system “SuccessFactors Learning” and take responsibility for its administration
- In addition, you independently lead personnel development (PD) projects such as implementing a specialist career path or a systematic leadership development program
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Law or a comparable field, and demonstrable practical experience in HR (e.g., personnel development, HR projects)
- Experience in redesigning and implementing personnel development formats and in supporting change processes
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, reliable manner when dealing with different target groups
- Strong process thinking (ideally KPI-driven), including experience establishing and optimizing new processes and evaluating their effectiveness
- Experienced in stakeholder management (from applicants through managers to institute leadership)
