About the role
- Support coordination of occupational health services for our employees
- Assist in organizing training sessions, including participant tracking, evaluations and follow-up
- Assist in organizing and following up on further training measures
- Support applicant management
- Maintain personnel data in SAP and perform regular data maintenance in Excel spreadsheets
- Scan documents and perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- You are a matriculated student in Chemnitz, Freiberg, Dresden or the surrounding area
- You have native-level German skills and business-fluent English
- You are proficient with common Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- You have an independent and careful working style and a strong willingness to learn
- You demonstrate a strong awareness of confidential handling of information, as you will also work with personnel matters
- You are characterized by social competence, teamwork and communication skills, resilience and reliability
- You are flexible and approach tasks with initiative
- You have a friendly and open demeanor, a hands-on mentality and work proactively
- We are interested in a longer-term collaboration, so you should not be close to finishing your studies
