About the role

  • Strategic positioning, business development, market analysis, design of innovation strategies, and preparation of campaigns to acquire strategic industry alliances and institutional key accounts in the field of XAI
  • Market and competitive analyses to develop new business strategies
  • Assessment and implementation of cross-domain AI potential
  • Development of innovative solutions and identification of opportunities for technology transfer: facilitating the transition from research to commercial and societal applications
  • Acquisition of pilot customers
  • Creation of business models and pitch decks to attract customers and investors

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in Communication Design
  • Specialization and solid knowledge across a broad range of AI disciplines, with a mandatory focus on XAI
  • Domain expertise in GovTech, MedTech, and industrial sectors
  • Expertise and professional experience in AI, e.g., in implementing AI solutions
  • Knowledge of the dynamics of trust building and trust erosion in human–AI interaction
  • Interdisciplinary leadership skills
  • Proven ability to lead international teams confidently, supported by language and cross-cultural expertise
