About the role
- Collaborate with the IT team to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards for the finance team using PowerBI.
- Assist in data analysis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for financial reporting.
- Support the Finance team with regular reporting and analysis requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Power BI reports, data refreshes, and connectivity.
- Continuously improve and streamline data visualization and reporting processes.
- Contribute to governance and compliance-related finance activities, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Director, Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or IT, or a related field.
- At least 1 year proven experience with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large data sets from various sources
- Experience working with finance and IT teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of finance governance and compliance is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
