About the role

  • Support the team in analysing market opportunities by assessing factors such as demand and supply, location attributes, property specifications, and tenant covenant strength
  • Conduct market research and prepare reports on market transactions, trends, and competitor activities to build sector knowledge
  • Assist in financial modelling and analysis, including evaluating DPU accretion and investment impact

Requirements

  • Ideally currently pursuing a degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics, Real Estate, Finance
  • Highly motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
