About the role

  • Conceptualize, plan and execute marketing campaigns and activities in the mall
  • Partner with tenants on promotional activities
  • Collaborate with social media agency on content creation, social media analytics, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Updating of marketing contact list and store directories across various platforms
  • Attend to shoppers’/tenants’ requests, queries, and/or feedback
  • Research current market trends and identify ways to improve marketing efforts
  • Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business / Marketing / Mass Communications or related field.
  • Positive learning attitude
  • Proactive and tenacious mindset in pursuing the desired outcomes, eg. getting deals from tenants for events/campaign
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of current trends
