About the role

  • Work closely with and support the CEO and business leaders to understand strategic objectives relating to Organization Design & Culture and translate them into key people initiatives that will drive high performance and business growth of the Business Unit, aligned with strategies outlined by the CEO and key business leaders.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management strategies within the business line.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on complex employee relations issues, promoting a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Lead the performance review process, providing coaching to managers and employees to drive continuous feedback and development.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure the right talent is identified, selected, and onboarded effectively.
  • Lead and support change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Use HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making, track trends, and propose action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and ethical standards across the business line.
  • Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or consultative HR role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed organization preferred.
