About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a defined customer portfolio with a focus on the Longstay and Corporate segments
- Manage existing customers and acquire new customers in assigned segments and markets
- Represent the 5-star Fraser Suites Hamburg and its sister hotels in Frankfurt, Berlin, and Leipzig
- Organize and conduct property tours, telemarketing activities, customer events, and familiarization trips
- Participate in events, functions, customer visits, trade fairs, and networking activities
- Develop forward-looking plans and concepts for the Hamburg location and the Corporate, Longstay, MICE, and Leisure segments
- Manage national and international existing customers
- Acquire new customers, including price and contract negotiations
- Build long-term customer loyalty and increase business volume in a profit-oriented manner
- Develop, plan, and implement sales promotion initiatives
- Analyze results, market trends, and competitors
- Derive new sales strategies and initiatives for Fraser Hospitality hotels
- Collaborate with the DOS Germany and colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Sales Manager (m/f/d) in the hospitality industry
- Experience in a comparable position
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- German-language proficiency
- English-language proficiency
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Team player with a positive attitude, motivation, and passion
