About the role
- With your experience and professionalism, you will contribute significantly—and with enthusiasm and ease—to achieving our shared sales and revenue targets.
- Manage a defined client portfolio with a focus on the long-stay and corporate segments.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new customers in assigned segments and markets.
- Public representation: Frasers Hospitality as a group with four hotels in Germany will serve as your new prominent business card.
- Organize and conduct property tours, telemarketing activities, client events and fam trips.
- Events, customer visits, trade shows and networking create opportunities for personal contact and exchange with interesting people.
- Drive long-term client retention and profitable growth of business volume.
- Develop, plan and implement sales-promoting initiatives.
- Analyze results, market trends and competitors and derive new sales strategies and measures for the hotels of Frasers Hospitality.
Requirements
- As an experienced Senior Sales Manager in hospitality, you have already demonstrated that you perform with passion and competence.
- With experience in a comparable position, you bring strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Communication is the key
- German and English are no problem for you; additional languages are an advantage and can also be put to good use.
