Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant Talent Acquisition leadership experience within a global organization
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide recruitment strategies across multiple international markets
  • Experience across executive, professional, and early-career hiring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding of recruitment technology and automation, including ATS, CRM platforms, recruitment marketing tools, talent intelligence platforms, and AI platforms
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning and organizational capability
  • Ability to use market intelligence and analytics to guide decisions
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking
  • Executive stakeholder influence and partnership skills
  • Excellent communication and change leadership capabilities
  • Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making
  • Collaborative leadership style with high integrity and accountability
  • Professional Human Resources or Talent Acquisition qualification preferred
  • Executive Search, Workforce Planning, or Talent Management certifications advantageous
