About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support key initiatives that promote Franklin Templeton’s innovation and digital assets programs across B2B, B2B2C, and Direct to Wallet Audiences.
- Work cross-functionally with strategy, product, sales, finance, investment teams, and the broader business.
- Audience communication and digital engagement programs.
- Creative content, storytelling and campaign development.
- Project planning and timelines.
- Agency and 3rd party vendor relations.
- Owned channel management, including web/micro sites, social media, etc.
- Support for executive social media and PR/media relations.
- New channel/platform research and analysis.
- Programs that leverage AI to automate, streamline and improve the quality of deliverables.
- Manage compliance submissions, program performance metrics, and analytics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in communications, liberal arts, marketing, journalism, or related field.
- 3-5 years of digital engagement or agency experience.
- Experience managing digital engagement activities across multiple functions.
- Experience deploying cross-channel engagement programs.
- Experience with digital, mobile, social, earned, and emerging channels.
- Strong writing and digital content creation skills.
- Proficiency with emerging artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency with workplace productivity tools.
- Experience in regulated industries preferred.
- Start-up experience welcomed.
