About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business leaders to develop hiring strategies that balance business priorities, talent availability, and speed to hire.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of professional and corporate roles while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Leverage AI-powered recruiting, sourcing, and talent intelligence tools to uncover talent opportunities, inform decision-making, and enhance recruiter productivity while applying sound judgment and a human-centered approach throughout the hiring process.
- Use talent market insights, workforce trends, and competitive intelligence to help leaders make informed hiring and talent planning decisions.
- Apply sound judgment and consider diverse perspectives to assess talent beyond what technology alone can identify, ensuring high-quality hiring decisions.
- Build proactive talent communities that support both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Develop an understanding of the business, organizational priorities, and evolving talent needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five or more years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate Talent Acquisition
- Financial Services experience preferred
- Demonstrated success serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand new business priorities.
- Experience leveraging recruiting technology, talent intelligence, and analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-enabled recruiting tools and modern talent acquisition practices.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom, or comparable recruiting technologies is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with a high degree of accountability.
