About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversight of our outsourced vendor, ensuring quality service delivery and the use of SLA/KPI management.
- Partnering with Technology teams to support global data and voice environments.
- Managing network infrastructure using established operational standards.
- Defining and improving operational processes and service standards.
- Overseeing vendors and managing service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Monitoring infrastructure performance and addressing service issues proactively.
- Leading incident resolution and participating in major incident management.
- Identifying automation opportunities and supporting production implementation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years supporting network solutions in distributed in medium to large enterprise environments.
- Experience with switching architectures using Cisco Nexus OS and Catalyst IOS
- Experience with Cisco SDWAN, routers, ASA, and wireless technologies
- Experience with routing protocols and load balancers
- Ability to diagnose production issues and work with vendors.
- Basic knowledge of Voice Infrastructure is a plus.
- Excellent documentation and diagramming skills.
- Ability to liaison with business customers, development teams, and vendors
- Understanding of ITIL framework.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills ESSENTIAL.
- Ability to interact with and lead team members in a local, international, and multi-site environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
- Ability to work independently and escalate appropriately.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
