About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversight of our outsourced vendor, ensuring quality service delivery and the use of SLA/KPI management.
  • Partnering with Technology teams to support global data and voice environments.
  • Managing network infrastructure using established operational standards.
  • Defining and improving operational processes and service standards.
  • Overseeing vendors and managing service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Monitoring infrastructure performance and addressing service issues proactively.
  • Leading incident resolution and participating in major incident management.
  • Identifying automation opportunities and supporting production implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years supporting network solutions in distributed in medium to large enterprise environments.
  • Experience with switching architectures using Cisco Nexus OS and Catalyst IOS
  • Experience with Cisco SDWAN, routers, ASA, and wireless technologies
  • Experience with routing protocols and load balancers
  • Ability to diagnose production issues and work with vendors.
  • Basic knowledge of Voice Infrastructure is a plus.
  • Excellent documentation and diagramming skills.
  • Ability to liaison with business customers, development teams, and vendors
  • Understanding of ITIL framework.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills ESSENTIAL.
  • Ability to interact with and lead team members in a local, international, and multi-site environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
  • Ability to work independently and escalate appropriately.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
