About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing and executing a strategic marketing plan
  • Partner closely with the Head of Retirement, Insurance and 529 Marketing and business stakeholders
  • Execute integrated marketing programs across multiple channels
  • Develop marketing initiatives designed to build awareness and engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on results
  • Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Support key marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Partner with sales, strategic accounts, and investment teams for product launches
  • Develop and execute product-focused and thematic marketing campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7–10 years of experience in financial services marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Experience supporting insurance, retirement, subadvisory, or institutional investment businesses preferred
  • Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and economic concepts
  • Series 7 and 63 preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem solver with a strategic perspective and strong attention to detail
  • Digital-first mindset with experience leveraging modern marketing channels and technologies
  • Strong collaborator who builds effective partnerships across teams and functions
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to anticipate business needs
  • Willingness to challenge existing approaches constructively and contribute innovative ideas.
