About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review legal workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Design artificial intelligence-enabled solutions for routine tasks
- Build prompt libraries and standard operating procedures
- Improve document templates, precedents and knowledge systems
- Test tools including Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude
- Support contract review, due diligence and regulatory tracking
- Assess new tools and recommend adoption opportunities
- Monitor regulatory developments and prepare concise updates
- Support research, drafting and internal legal queries
- Prepare filings, board materials and committee papers
- Contribute to global projects and cross-border collaboration
- Train colleagues on tools, agents and workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in a relevant discipline, such as law, commerce, technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance services, legal or professional services environment
- Familiarity with Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exposure to automation tools is advantageous
- Analytical, curious and comfortable experimenting with new tools
- Detail-oriented, structured and able to manage priorities independently
- Collaborative communicator who can support senior lawyers effectively
- Fluent English language skills
