About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and cultivate key intermediary/provider relationships and developing fund sales through those contacts
- Partner with wholesalers of national recordkeeping platforms to further enhance awareness of Franklin Templeton investment capabilities
- Market Franklin Templeton's value-added programs to help Retirement Intermediaries design better plan solutions and grow their book of business
- Maintain knowledge of industry related trends/topics and maintain proficiencies in delivering value-added presentations to advisor and plan sponsor audiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of field consulting / sales experience within the DC and investment industry
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses required
- Advanced investment/product knowledge including Target Date Solutions and Stable Value
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large territory with many moving parts
- Strong sales skills focused on closing
- Public speaking and seminar experience
- Experience working within the territory, New England preferred
