Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience in asset management, investment banking, or insurance
Proven track record with US insurance General Account portfolios
Solid understanding of US and Bermuda insurance markets
Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Experience across multiple asset classes including fixed income, private credit, structured products, and multi-asset portfolios
Strong analytical skills and clear communication of complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or actuarial credentials) preferred
