About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive business development and manage client relationships
- Develop and execute sales strategy for Insurance General Account clients
- Manage and grow relationships with complex insurance clients
- Maintain detailed knowledge of customized portfolios and client needs
- Create and deliver presentations to clients
- Meet with clients frequently to build relationships
- Conduct extensive travel to maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10 years of experience servicing insurance clients with an investment firm
- Deep understanding of the unique characteristics of the insurance industry
- Proven leadership experience in insurance sales and client strategy
- Expert knowledge of regulatory and accounting frameworks
- Strong relationship management and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex clients and coordinate across functional areas
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or related field
- Master’s Degree or CFA is a plus
- Experience may offset academic requirements
