Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and oversee the Program roadmap
Monitor new industry Regulations
Ensure enterprise-wide alignment and prioritization of necessary operational and systemic changes
Lead the execution of complex initiatives spanning multiple regions and functions
Drive governance processes, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting
Identify and mitigate risks, manage interdependencies across projects
Develop and execute targeted communication and engagement plans
Lead, mentor and guide globally located resources in the delivery of regulatory projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 8+ years of experience in program management or enterprise change leadership
Proven experience leading global, multi-functional programs with significant change impact (preferably in financial services or asset management)
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills across global teams and executive levels
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets, teams, and dependencies
Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI preferred
Agile and/or SAFe certification preferred.
