About the role
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for PAT, from discovery to delivery
- Structure and enhance the application’s information architecture to accommodate complex data sets
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that communicate and validate design concepts
- Partner closely with developers and product managers throughout the design and development lifecycle
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across internal teams and with external partners
- Work within and continuously improve a shared design system to support consistency and scalability
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in UX, product design, or related fields, ideally with exposure to SaaS or data-intensive products
- Exceptional critical thinking and systems-level problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate UX value to diverse audiences
- Expertise in applying heuristic evaluation and comparative analysis, especially in environments with limited user research
- Bonus: Experience or training in software engineering, finance, anthropology, or scientific research methodologies
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Storybook, or similar platforms for managing design systems and developer handoff
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and an understanding of developer workflows is an asset
