About the role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in Uttar Pradesh - Western Region
  • New Dealers, Distributers & Retail Appointment, Management and Market share Development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer operations and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers

Requirements

  • Minimum Graduation
  • He should have an experience of 5 -10 years in Sales and Marketing of agriculture and domestic pumps (Submersible, monoblocs and minipumps)
  • Strong technical knowledge of submersible pumps and motors, including design, application, and installation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
