About the role
- As our Business Development Manager, you'll be ideally located in Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide and be responsible for increasing sales opportunities in South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and Northern Territory and thereby maximising revenue for the Company.
- This will be done by finding potential new customers, presenting to them and ultimately converting them into clients, as well as to help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
- You’ll make an impact by:
- finding prospects for potential new clients and turning this into increased business
- identifying potential clients and the key decision makers within their organisation
- presenting new products, services and enhancements to existing and new customers and potential customers
- fostering and growing relationships and sales opportunities with existing clients
- sharing client sentiment and feedback with our R&D team
- reaching hire revenue as aligned with our business strategy
- assisting in developing marketing and branding initiatives
- developing strategies to ensure our products remain client preferred
Requirements
- a commitment to safety protocols and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organised workplace
- a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- current Australian working rights
- It's not a deal breaker, but we'd also love to see you have experience with pumps.
