About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers in the QSR and HoReCa sector
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer retention and expansion
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored foodservice solutions and equipment
  • Proactively sell utensils, components and equipment to prevent operational disruptions
  • Identify and acquire new customers, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge
  • Lead sales negotiations, close contracts, and consistently achieve targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in: QSR / HoReCa / Gastronomy or technical installations
  • Previous QSR experience in field operations and/or training is a plus
  • Strong track record in account development and long-term relationship management
  • Confident negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications of equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and customer-centric mindset
  • Willingness to travel frequently (~50%)
  • Valid Category B driving licence
  • University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) is a plus
