B2B Sales Rep – Commercial Kitchen Supplier

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers in the QSR and HoReCa sector
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer retention and expansion
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored foodservice solutions and equipment
- Proactively sell utensils, components and equipment to prevent operational disruptions
- Identify and acquire new customers, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge
- Lead sales negotiations, close contracts, and consistently achieve targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in: QSR / HoReCa / Gastronomy or technical installations
- Previous QSR experience in field operations and/or training is a plus
- Strong track record in account development and long-term relationship management
- Confident negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications of equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and customer-centric mindset
- Willingness to travel frequently (~50%)
- Valid Category B driving licence
- University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) is a plus
