HR Business Partner – Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end recruitment for US-relocated, global, and LATAM commercial roles
- Source fully bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals with strong US-facing experience
- Build scalable talent pipelines for commercial, engineering, finance and support roles
- Create structured hiring timelines with transparent cost breakdowns
- Serve as the primary HR interface for non-manufacturing leadership
- Act as a bridge for our local plant HR organization, US stakeholders, and Global HR
- Facilitate alignment discussions when priorities differ
- Ensure transparent KPIs (time-to-fill, costs, quality of hire) and predictable SLAs
- Support onboarding, engagement, performance management, retention, and cross-border team effectiveness
- Establish a strong non-manufacturing community within a plant environment
- Create structured communication bridges with US counterparts
- Develop engagement initiatives and scalable HR processes to support growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of HR experience with strong focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering
- Proven experience operating within structured, matrix organizations
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with US and Global HR counterparts and leadership
- Track record of timely, successful recruitment of bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals in Mexico
- Experience scaling small teams into structured organizations with clear cost transparency
