About the role

  • Provide product and order support to Italian-speaking business customers via written communication
  • Manage product returns and customer complaints
  • Create field service orders
  • Create and update relevant process documentation
  • Perform order processing
  • Participate in testing new solutions and in process and project improvements

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian (minimum B2/C1)
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2)
  • Initial experience in after-sales service
  • Customer-oriented with a strong focus on KPIs and targets
  • Basic technical understanding is an advantage
