About the role
- Provide product and order support to Italian-speaking business customers via written communication
- Manage product returns and customer complaints
- Create field service orders
- Create and update relevant process documentation
- Perform order processing
- Participate in testing new solutions and in process and project improvements
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (minimum B2/C1)
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2)
- Initial experience in after-sales service
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on KPIs and targets
- Basic technical understanding is an advantage
