About the role

  • Execute Franke Culture in Asia by aligning global frameworks with local market needs and implementing culture-building initiatives that enhance engagement and cross-BU collaboration.
  • Design and deliver Employee Experience programs—from ideation to evaluation—including onboarding optimization, workplace flexibility, well-being initiatives, and feedback-driven improvements.
  • Measure culture and experience effectiveness using surveys, focus groups and KPIs, ensuring insights translate into continuous enhancements.
  • Support Talent Excellence processes by partnering with Group HR and Asia HRBPs to ensure consistent execution of talent management, succession planning, performance management and career development.
  • Act as HRBP for Asia shared service center, advising functional heads on organizational design, talent acquisition, employee relations and overall people development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor and above degree, English can be work language
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and collaborate across functions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to partner effectively with managers and global colleagues.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
