About the role

  • Acquisition and account management of individual clients in hotels and foodservice (excluding national chains), including hotels, restaurants, guesthouses, bars and clubs.
  • Commercial prospecting and development of new business opportunities.
  • Achievement of sales targets and regular monitoring of the client portfolio.
  • Development of a network within the coffee and gastronomy sectors.
  • Market and competitor analysis, reporting to the Head of Sales.
  • CRM (TED) updates in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial education
  • Experience in selling capital goods or investment products that require detailed consultative advice
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Good command of French and English, both written and spoken; German skills desirable
  • Professional presentation and negotiation skills, and genuine enjoyment of customer contact
  • Results- and revenue-oriented work approach
  • High availability for travel and strong organizational skills
