About the role
- Develop and implement scalable, maintainable BI reporting solutions that address divisional needs
- Build interactive, insightful, and user-friendly dashboards and reports using BI tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and BI deliverables
- Develop and maintain data pipelines while ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity
- Create automated testing frameworks and support manual testing to validate BI outputs
- Enhance BI systems for performance, reliability, and scalability; troubleshoot and resolve issues post-deployment
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data flows, reporting logic, and system architecture
- Proactively monitor BI systems to ensure data integrity and adherence to corporate standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in BI or data-focused roles
- Strong SQL skills; experience with BI tools, ETL, and data warehousing
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
