Requirements

What you’ll need

Ten (10) years of construction defect claims adjusting experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Proper adjuster licenses in Florida and other states
Strong knowledge of construction defect claims handling and insurance policies
Ability to evaluate and respond to time limit demands and consumer complaints
Experience with litigation and negotiations
