About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and support the end-to-end sales process from lead generation through to conversion and fulfilment.
  • Proactively engage and respond to customer and client enquiries via phone and email, delivering a premium and solutions-focused experience.
  • Actively grow the frank green corporate customer base through outbound activity, relationship building, and follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, confidently educating customers on our product range and value proposition.
  • Maintain strong internal communication across teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activity and customer orders.
  • Contribute to sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and performance insights.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to support commercial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to support campaigns, offers, and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A genuine passion for building a career in sales, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and perform.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Confidence in engaging customers, handling objections, and working towards sales outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working towards targets and performance expectations.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment without falling apart the second things get busy.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles, customer engagement, and pipeline management.
  • Experience with tools such as NetSuite, Zendesk, Adobe Illustrator, or Brandscope is a bonus, not a dealbreaker.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or similar (nice to have, not essential).
