Accountant – Odoo

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor monthly sales, revenue, and expenses
- Ensure alignment between sales orders, invoices, and deliveries
- Follow up on missing invoices, documents, and payments
- Record and track expenses on a regular basis
- Support maintaining accurate data in Odoo (Accounting & CRM)
- Coordinate with the team to ensure tasks and financial data are up to date
- Prepare simple reports on revenue, expenses, and activity status
- Assist in organizing documents for accounting, VAT, and audits
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting support, or operations
- Basic to good experience with Odoo
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
- Good English communication skills
