About the role

  • Monitor monthly sales, revenue, and expenses
  • Ensure alignment between sales orders, invoices, and deliveries
  • Follow up on missing invoices, documents, and payments
  • Record and track expenses on a regular basis
  • Support maintaining accurate data in Odoo (Accounting & CRM)
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure tasks and financial data are up to date
  • Prepare simple reports on revenue, expenses, and activity status
  • Assist in organizing documents for accounting, VAT, and audits

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting support, or operations
  • Basic to good experience with Odoo
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
  • Good English communication skills
