• Receive RFQs and procurement requests from the sales and technical teams.
• Source IT hardware, software licences, subscriptions, services, and renewals.
• Obtain and compare quotations from UAE distributors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Confirm that proposed products meet the requested technical and commercial requirements.
• Suggest suitable alternatives when requested products are unavailable or discontinued.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranty conditions, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Manage deal registrations, project pricing requests, discounts, and quotation validity.
• Prepare supplier comparison and project-costing sheets.
• Support the sales team with accurate and timely purchasing information.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records in Odoo.
• Track orders, deliveries, licences, warranties, and outstanding supplier actions.
• Coordinate shipments and calculate freight, customs, VAT, and landed costs when required.
• Maintain supplier records and purchasing price history.
• Coordinate with finance regarding supplier invoices, payments, credit notes, and discrepancies.
• Report stock shortages, price changes, delivery delays, and other procurement risks.
• Build and maintain good relationships with UAE distributors and suppliers.
