About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide comprehensive guidance to team members regarding benefit programs, leave options, and available resources
Advise on eligibility requirements, enrollment actions, required documentation, and applicable timelines
Educate team members on leave impacts to benefits, payroll deductions, arrears, and return-to-work requirements
Manage and resolve routine and moderately complex benefits and leave inquiries
Coordinate with Benefits Analysts, Leave Specialists, and subject matter experts for specialized reviews and system intervention
Maintain accurate and compliant case documentation in designated systems
Prepare clear, professional, and empathetic communications
Interpret and explain benefit and leave policies, eligibility provisions, and program requirements
Guide team members and leaders to benefits and leave systems, tools, self-service resources, job aids, FAQs, and educational materials
Develop, maintain, and enhance job aids, FAQs, reference materials, and educational content
Deliver foundational education to managers and team members
Partner with askHR, Benefits, Leave Administration, Employee Health, Payroll, and external vendors
Contribute to process improvement and cross-functional projects by identifying trends, service challenges, and efficiency opportunities
