About the role
- Responsible for designing, configuring, supporting and maintaining IS technology, applications and programs
- Provides support to FMOLHS facilities and users for Epic systems
- Performs ongoing analysis and problem-solving for technology integration in effective workflow
- Assumes higher-level projects and mentors/trains staff members
Requirements
- 3 years' experience as IS System Application Analyst
- 1-year Epic Certified analyst
- 5 years' experience in health care clinical or business operations
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' experience as licensed health care clinical professional, business operations or information systems
- Attend and achieves applicable Epic education course certification
- Good interpersonal/human relations skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
